The room was very spacious. A tram stop was directly outside the building. The staff were friendly. I loved how easy it was to get around.

I found that the hotel was quite overpriced. The room I was given was quite underwhelming and plain. I was disappointed that I could not settle at checkout.

The breakfast had a great variety. The space with a sauna and steam room was very relaxing. I enjoyed it after a long journey. The staff were very friendly and the customer service was excellent. It was helpful to have that.

The security at the door asked for my hotel card and stopped my friend. It felt over the top. I wish this process could be a bit more seamless and friendly.

The location was superb for attending a concert at the 3arena, it was just across the courtyard. the room was super clean and well laid out with complementary water in the fridge and tea and coffee facilities. i had dinner and breakfast, both were excellent. I am especially grateful to our waiter marcelo, who was very attentive and pleasant.

i booked this hotel for a few special nights away. on arrival, after stressful travel , i was told my room was not ready, even though i arrived past check-in time. this was instantly disappointing.

the hotel benefits from its location in the financial center. it seems both laid back and calm , also it is close to the city center, like abbey and o'connell streets. terminus of the red line tram is literally right outside the front door.

the staff members were really friendly and very helpful, especially valentina on reception, she was very helpful when i booked in. dominica was also very helpful and answered all of our questions upon checking in. the breakfast buffet was very good, with customized options available upon request.
